Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration

Account registration includes an OTP verification step using your registered Philippine mobile number. KYC identity verification using a valid government-issued Philippine ID may be required before full financial functionality — including deposits and withdrawals — is enabled on your account.

Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on 168mnl — including deposits and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied, and no alternative currencies are accepted.

Supported deposit methods include Philippine online banking, direct bank transfer to participating local banks, and supported Philippine e-wallets. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as payment methods for deposits or withdrawals on this platform.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name, matching your verified 168mnl account identity. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information at any stage of the registration or verification process.

Account Termination

168mnl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the platform's inactivity policy.
• Provision of false registration information that cannot be reconciled through verification.

If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — such as voluntary self-exclusion — any remaining verified balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to standard verification requirements.

Limitation of Liability
